1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the okebajee platform in any capacity — including viewing any page, placing any bet, making any deposit or withdrawal, or contacting customer support — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the okebajee Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the okebajee platform and, if you have already registered, contact our support team to request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and okebajee with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The okebajee platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or use any feature of the okebajee platform. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced and applies to all users regardless of location, payment method, or device used.

2.1 Age Verification (KYC)

okebajee reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to:

Accounts for which age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending resolution. Any deposits made prior to suspension will be held and reviewed. 3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on okebajee. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. okebajee employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all bonus balances forfeited. Genuine deposit balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. okebajee accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information, including failed withdrawals to an incorrectly registered bKash or Nagad number.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okebajee username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. okebajee will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. 3.4 Account Verification

okebajee reserves the right to require full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal request. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

Bank transfer withdrawals to Bangladeshi bank accounts are processed within one to three business days. okebajee targets same-day processing for all verified accounts, though processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or for accounts undergoing additional verification.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a formal payment method change has been approved by the okebajee finance team.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on the okebajee platform. Specific rules for individual sports markets (including BPL, T20, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers cricket fixtures), casino game categories, and crash game mechanics are published in the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds and market conditions displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. okebajee reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including during live events, if the integrity of a market is in question. Bets already placed and confirmed prior to a market suspension will be settled in accordance with the outcome of the relevant event, except where the bet is voided under the circumstances described in Section 6.3.

For cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, or BCCI as applicable). In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced by weather, the rules of the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method apply where an official result is declared; where no official result is declared, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

6.3 Void Bets

• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions, including through the use of automated betting software.
• There is evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation in relation to the market on which the bet was placed.

Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's okebajee balance within 24 hours of the void decision.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the okebajee platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, and the principles of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without notice:

7.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool to interact with the okebajee platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any strategy specifically designed to exploit pricing discrepancies across markets or between platforms.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, sports betting pools, or any other form of collaborative advantage-taking.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate any part of the okebajee platform, including its odds feeds, game mechanics, or promotional systems.
• Using the okebajee platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Registering more than one account or using the account of another person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okebajee staff or other players through any communication channel.

7.2 Responsible Use

You acknowledge that online betting and casino gaming carry a risk of financial loss and that okebajee is not responsible for losses incurred through normal use of the platform. You agree to use okebajee's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — if you feel your gambling is becoming a problem. 8. Account Suspension & Closure

okebajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at any time and with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the integrity of the platform.

8.1 Suspension

During an account suspension, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Suspension may be temporary, pending investigation, or permanent. okebajee will contact the affected player via their registered email address to explain the reason for suspension and the steps (if any) available to resolve the matter.

8.2 Account Closure by the Player

Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting the okebajee support team via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last-used verified payment method within five business days. Accounts closed at the player's request cannot be reopened; players who wish to return to the platform must register a new account.

8.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to fraud, multiple account creation, or bonus abuse — okebajee reserves the right to retain the entire account balance, including both real-money deposits and any accrued winnings. This right of retention is without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to okebajee.

8.4 Changes to These Terms

okebajee may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, okebajee will notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
